Geography Intent

 At St. Paul’s (Slade Green) C of E Primary School, we aim to promote pupils' lifelong fascination and curiosity about the world in which they live. We encourage the children to question, seek answers and take responsibility towards creating a better world for all, as global citizens. Our Geography curriculum enables pupils to progressively develop their geographical skills and knowledge, through exploration of the local area, the United Kingdom and the wider world. Pupils extend their knowledge and understanding of human and physical features through exploring diverse places, people and environments. We want pupils at St Paul’s (Slade Green) C of E Primary School to see the purpose of geography, as a constantly changing subject which enables them to explore the world around them.
