Reception Application has now closed.
Application for Reception Class in September 2024
Children born from 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020 will be eligible to start in the Reception class in September 2024.
Application for Nursery Class in September 2024
Children born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 will be due to start in Nursery in September 2024.
Application Procedures and Timetable:
The deadline for applications for a place in Reception Class in September 2024 is on 15th January 2024. Late applications can be made but will only be processed once offers have been made to the 'on-time' applicants.
The deadline for applications for a place in Nursery Class in September 2024 is on 6th April 2024.
Applications should be made online by completing the Common Application Form (CAF) from your home Local Authority. A link to Bexley's 'eAdmissions' can be found below:
If you need to apply using a paper form, requests should be made by email to schooladmissions@bexley.gov.uk.
Supplementary Information forms must be completed and returned to the school office not later than the application deadline15th January 2024 along with a copy of your child's birth certificate and proof of your home address.

June – July 2024: | Appeals will be heard up to 40 school days after the deadline.
Applicants will receive at least 10 days notice of their appeal hearing.
Decision letters will be sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible. |
Late applicants: | Appeals will be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals – where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged. |
In-Year Appeals | Will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged. |
In-Year Admissions
If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019 and they have not yet started school, please be aware that they will reach compulsory school age from the first day of the school term following their 5th birthday.
From time to time vacancies do occur in year groups across the school, so if you are looking for a new school place for your child please apply via Bexley Council.
